Closing the Month in Alignment

As November comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what this month has taught me. Our word was Alignment — and wow, has it stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

Alignment isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it looks like saying no when you want to say yes. Sometimes it looks like choosing rest when the world is pushing you to keep moving. And sometimes it feels lonely, because alignment asks you to walk your own path instead of following the crowd.

But here’s the gift: alignment always brings clarity. Every time I stopped, checked in, and asked, “Is this moving me closer to my freedom, or further away?” — the answer was clear. And even if it wasn’t easy, it was right.

Looking back on November, I see the moments I drifted and the moments I stood firm. I see the gratitude that anchored me, the quiet power of saying less, and the freedom that came from choosing aligned action over perfect plans. I also see the ways momentum carried me here from October — step by step, choice by choice.

Now we prepare to move into December, with its word: Radiance. Alignment was the work. Radiance will be the reward — the light that shines because of all the truth you chose along the way.
